THE RESILIENCE ROOM
Through Lifeskills Central our mission is to provide personalised, One-to-One Lifeskills Training, Lifeskills Group Workshops and follow-up in Home and Community support to practice newly learnt Lifeskills in order to empower individuals with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.

Personalized Lifeskills Training
At Lifeskills Central, we understand that each individual has unique needs and goals. Additionally we can support parents and carers in accessing/navigating the NDIS and via courses in Self-Care For The Carer of those with a disability.
